The stages of a property purchase
From the first check of the property to the disbursement of the loan, we stand by you at every step.
- Title reviewWe review the title deeds and land registry records, to confirm that the property is free of encumbrances and third-party claims.
- Private agreement or notarial preliminary contractFor the down payment, a private agreement or a notarial preliminary contract is drawn up, setting out the terms of the deal.
- Mortgage loanWhere needed, we liaise with the bank and prepare the file for the approval of the mortgage loan.
- Documents and preparation of the contractWe gather the required documents and prepare the contract together with the notary.
- Signing of the contractWe attend the signing of the contract and provide legal support to safeguard your rights.
- Land Registry registrationWe provide legal assistance for the correct registration of the contract with the Land Registry.
- Mortgage registration and loan disbursementWe represent the client for the registration of the consensual mortgage and the disbursement of the loan, where needed.
Real Estate and Golden Visa
Buying property in Greece can be combined with the Golden Visa programme, securing an investor residence permit for you, your spouse and your minor children.
